Terms & Conditions

  • There will be no cancellation charge, and a refund will be issued if a booking is cancelled before 10:00 hotel local time, 3 days / 72 hours before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night stay will be charged to your debit or credit card.

  • If you book through a third party and you wish to cancel, you must do this through the agent that you originally booked. We regret that we cannot refund any third party bookings unless this has been done and confirmation has been sent by the agent.

  • Check out is 11.00am daily. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a surcharge. Please note check in and check out times for the self-catering apartments is 5pm and 10am.

  • We do not accept American Express for online or telephone bookings.

  • If card payment is declined, we will contact you for alternative details. If new details aren’t provided within 48 hours the reservation will be cancelled.

  • The card used to book may be charged should any damages be discovered upon departure.

  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hotel or apartments.

  • Dogs are welcome in the hotel and apartments, please let us know you are bringing your dog along.
